I bought one and after just a few uses it started clogging up. I tried cleaning it out, but it still wasn’t hitting right. Then it leaked in my pocket and made a total mess. For the price, what a joke. Definitely not buying again

I’ve bought from this shop and the products were fine overall, nothing really wrong with them. I just felt like the prices were a bit steep for what you get, especially compared to a few other places I looked at. The experience was okay, but it did feel a little impersonal too, like I was just another ticket number rather than an actual customer. Not a bad shop, but I wouldn’t say it’s the best value.

The box showed up a bit bent, which made it feel like it wasn’t handled with much care. I kind of assumed the product might be damaged based on how the package looked, but luckily everything inside was still fine.

It feels like it’s the same few strains every time I look. Not terrible, just kinda boring when there isn’t much to choose from...

I tried using airobrands.com and had a rough time with it. I don’t think I’m usually that bad at figuring out websites, but I kept clicking around and still couldn’t really find what I needed. A few pages felt confusing, and some things loaded slowly on my end, which just made me more annoyed. Maybe it works fine for other people, but after a while I felt like I’d given it a fair shot and just gave up. It wasn’t a smooth experience for me

I really wanted Airo to be one of those products I could count on, but it’s been a little saga every time I buy it. I’ve picked up the same thing more than once, and somehow it feels like a totally different experience each time. One time it barely does anything, the next it’s weirdly harsh. At that point, it starts feeling like a gamble instead of a reliable purchase. For what it costs, I expected way more consistency. I don’t think I’ll be buying it again

I really thought this was going to be smoother, but it felt harsh almost immediately. After just a few pulls my throat was scratchy and uncomfortable, so I ended up putting it down quickly.
What’s frustrating is it feels like the goalposts keep moving with stuff like this — you expect “smooth” to mean one thing, then it turns out you’re supposed to tolerate a bunch of harshness anyway. Maybe other people won’t mind it, but for me it wasn’t enjoyable and I wouldn’t buy it again unless they actually fix that.

I was expecting a lot more from Airo, but it felt weak to me. I took a few hits, waited around for a while, and still barely noticed much happening.

The effects were kind of flat and didn’t last long at all. I’ve had other carts that hit way better with less effort, so this was disappointing. I even tried asking about it and got transferred around instead of getting a straight answer, which just made the whole experience more annoying.

Maybe it works fine for some people, but for me the potency just wasn’t there. Between that and the runaround, I don’t see myself buying it again

I’ve had it for a few months now, and so far it’s been dependable. I set it up in my home office next to my router and a random stack of cables I keep meaning to organize, and I haven’t run into any weird glitches or hardware problems yet. It feels reliable overall. My only real complaint is that the setup took longer than I expected, which was a little annoying, but once it was done, it’s been working fine.

The site itself is fine to use, but I’ve started noticing a pattern where the things I’m actually interested in are out of stock often. I checked back a few different times thinking maybe it was just bad timing, but the same items still weren’t available. Not the end of the world, just kind of frustrating when it keeps happening.

I was hoping this would be decent, but it broke after only two days of using it, which is just frustrating. Like, I barely even had time to get a feel for it before it stopped working. Not really what I expected, and I definitely wouldn’t call it good quality

I expected better, but the battery barely makes it through a day now. I’ll charge it, use it like normal, and then somehow it’s already low again. Super annoying, especially when I’m out and not even doing anything heavy on it. It’s a shame because otherwise it’s fine, but the battery thing kind of ruins it for me. Not really worth it at this point.

I had to reach out to airobrands.com customer service about my order, and I’m still not totally sure if I waited two days or three for the first reply because the whole timeline felt a little jumbled. It wasn’t awful or anything, just slower than I expected.

Once they actually got back to me, they were nice and did fix the issue, so I’ll give them credit for that. I just wish the updates had come sooner or more clearly, instead of me having to follow up and figure out what was happening when

I hate feeling like I might’ve wasted money on something that’s only okay, so I’m not sure I’d rush to buy it again.
